I am Farida Faizi from Afghanistan. I registered for TOEFL test on January 18, 2023. I Opened my account on test day, but your live procters could not start my test.Thus, your procters guide me to send a screenshot for scheduling the appointment by your team ,but there is no option to send it by this address. I was wondering if you could inform me about my test next appointment.

I have taken the exam on 20-12-2022 but I havent received the Score card.As my deadlines are approaching i need to use my score card. So please look into this matter As soon as possible. Hello ETS team had given the exam on 20th November, but the result is not out yet. I have mailed three times and till now there is no response to my mail. December 15 is the last date. If I am not able to submit my result till December 15 in the university for submission of result, then my admission will be canceled and my year will be spoiled. for which you will be responsible.Please give the result within the next 2 days. It would be a great favour by you.In the last mail I have given you all my details and I have sent you reminder 3 times. Please give my result as soon as possible that I do my next admission intake . I know that I cannot register the day before, and it is currently saying I cannot because of maintenance downtime. I took the TOEFL test from home. It cost me US$230. It was supposed to be a 3 hour exam, and I was sitting in front of my laptop for literally 6 hours with 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. First, there were issues with the ProctorU and I had to talk to at least four different live assistants. I allowed them access to my laptop so they could solve the problem and I could start the test. Three hours later I was able to start the exam. By that time I was already very stressed out, but I wanted to take the test FOR me. This detail is vital because a month and 6 days after my exam I received an email by Wendy Demby saying that my scores were cancelled because, according to their claims, I shared my screen or gave remote access to my screen to someone else -of course, how else would the ProctorU assistants would fix the software problem?! I repeat, I had to share my screen with the ProctorU assistants so they could solve the problem that was inhibiting me from taking the test. I cannot believe that they put me through so much stress and now they doubt my integrity. I find it insulting. If they do not resolve this by giving me my scores or my money back, I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General in the state where I live. I learned that everyone having these kind of issues with ETS could file a complaint in their state.

To make it known that this test should be the end all deciding factor if someone will be a good teacher.
It is a scam to make money for the state and doesn't really decide if a teacher will be a quality professional or not. I know a lot of teachers that can pass this test easily but are terrible teachers, that can't relate to their students or be creative in their teaching.

Throwback to the 90s
This company and its technology is a throwback to the 90s. Actually, the company is a throwback to a 90s sitcom. Their web site is byzantine and their emails to test takers are lessons in how not to write emails. Their customer service department is a case study in how not to do CS. Their corporate culture seems to be all about not providing exams and serving the customer, but about confusing customers into not taking exams and keeping the exam fees. If I were a decision-maker in any company or district and we were needing a testing company, I would insist on any option other than ETS Praxis.

Horrible, They don't care for customer at all.
I had a Toefl exam in January, The proctor terminated my exam without any evidence- based reason.They refused to refund my registration fee and responding me that why my test has been terminated !!!!!!!!!

In my first exam as a minor they make you make mistakes to cancel your exam, for example they asked me to bring my cell phone to my room knowing that it is forbidden, they intentionally make you fail. I only looked at the time during a break without having explained myself well (I am a minor and it was my first exam), I find your criteria unfair
